At this time we offer AHA BLS Provider CPR Certification and BLS CPR Renewal . Upon completion you will receive BLS CPR Certification by American Heart Association within 24 hours. . This certification is what is most commonly sought by health care facilities and health related schools. However , please double check with your employer and school prior to paying for this class. The classes offered on this site will always be searchable on the official American Heart Association site: https://atlas.heart.org
We also offer AHA Heart Saver CPR for Adult/Child/Infant + First Aid and Heart Saver Pediatrics + First Aid, at this time this Heart Saver certification card is available 7 days after you take the course

Classroom Rules for Training
Arrive On Time
Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals (Greater than 15 minutes late by the instructors watch) will not be admitted , will not be refunded, and may be allowed to reschedule for $20 .Full Attendance Is Required
Students must remain present for the entire class session. Excessive leaving of the room ( being absent from the class greater than 10 minutes total and/or leaving out of the class greater than 2 times) may result in removal from the class without refund.Professional and Respectful Conduct
All students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and classmates. Disruptive, disrespectful, or uncivil behavior will not be tolerated and will result in your removal from class without a refund. Additionally, you will not be eligible to reschedule a class with this company.Follow Instructor Directions
For safety and proper certification, all instructions given by the instructor must be followed during demonstrations and skills practice.Use Training Equipment Properly
CPR mannequins and other training equipment must be handled with care and used only for instructional purposes. Do not play with the equipment and do not have any ink pens or markers anywhere near the equipment.Individual Face Masks Must Be Used
Some classes note that students will be provided with an individual face mask for ventilation practice. If this is noted in the information section for the class you have chosed, the mask is yours to keep. It includes two mask- adult and infant. Do not share masks with others.Sanitation and Hygiene
Students must follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures for mannequins and equipment before and after use. Prior to leaving the class, all students are required to wipe their mannequin down with the cleaning wipe the instructor provides them.No Food or Drinks Near Training Equipment
Food and drinks should be kept away from mannequins and training equipment to prevent damage.Cell Phones and Electronic Devices
Phones should be silenced and used only during designated breaks unless needed for course participation. If you have a sick loved one or expecting an emergency phone call please inform the instructor prior to the beginning of class.Active Participation Is Required
Students must fully participate in all skills practice, including chest compressions, rescue breaths, and scenario training.Safety First
Inform the instructor immediately if you feel unwell, experience pain while performing compressions, or notice damaged equipment.Certification Requirements
Students must successfully pass both the written exam and the skills assessment to receive certification.Removal From Class
Students who violate classroom rules, behave disruptively, misuse equipment, or fail to follow safety instructions may be removed from the class without refund.Inspect Prior to Use
All students are required to thoroughly inspect their practice mannequin prior to practicing and make the instructor aware of any lines, drawings, or damage to equipment.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes are held in the training meeting room at 15150 Preston Rd. Dallas, TX 75248. Precise training room number is communicated to registered students in advance of the training day.

REFUND & ATTENDANCE POLICY
Thank you for choosing Prestige Health CPR! We are committed to providing a high-quality training experience for every student. Please note that all class registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may transfer to a future class for a $20 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, tardiness past 15 minutes, or previous payments. To ensure a “quality” learning experience and comply with course requirements, students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted to class. No exceptions will be made.

Yes! We train at facilities. If the facility will provide the space, tables, chairs, tv with HMDI connection capability we offer discounts per person starting at $40 per person. At this time we are only training a set number of students per training session. The maximum total that can sit for a class is 9. The minimum number in a class is 5. There is a difference between these two courses that I offer so please read thoroughly to ensure you enroll in the correct one.
Heart Saver : After successfully completing the first aid portion, students should be able to:
• List the priorities, roles, and responsibilities of first aid rescuers
• Describe the key steps in first aid
• Demonstrate removing protective gloves
• Demonstrate finding the problem
• Describe the assessment and first aid actions for these life-threatening conditions: heart attack, difficulty breathing, choking, severe bleeding, shock, and stroke
• Describe when and how to help a choking adult, child, or infant
• Demonstrate how to help a choking infant
• Demonstrate how to use an epinephrine pen
• Demonstrate how to control bleeding and apply bandaging
• Recognize elements of common illnesses and injuries
• Describe the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and the risks of smoking and vaping
• Describe how to find information on preventing illness and injury
• Recognize the legal questions that apply to first aid rescuersHeart Saver- This class provides First aid, CPR, AED, and safety training for anyone—at work, school, or home. Designed for anyone with little or no medical training —or anyone who simply wants to be ready to respond in an emergency. This course is aimed at the general public and teaches CPR and AED use for adults, children, and infants. It is ideal for those who need to learn CPR for work or personal reasons. Heart Saver will have more first aid information than the provider course.
BLS Provider CPR Course- Basic life support skills including CPR, AED use, and ventilations. The course will cover Adult/Infant/Child CPR/ AED, Choking, Drowning, and Narcan.
If you are taking a course to fulfill a workplace requirement, please confirm with your employer before registering that you are selecting the correct course to meet their specific requirements.

No. You must successfully pass both the written and skills tests in order to receive your certification.
In addition, full attendance in the in-person class is required. If you display uncivil behavior—such as repeatedly leaving the room or otherwise disrupting the class—you may be removed and will not receive certification.
While we want every participant to successfully earn their certification, uncivil or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone exhibiting such behavior will be removed from the class and will not be eligible for a refund.
